The BastionHub server comes back online on 28th October 2021 after updating a new SSL certificate on its cloud server.

HMM based prediction

HMM based models use HMMER to predict potential type I, II, III, IV and VI substrates based on homology to experimentally validated substrates. The predicted substrates (or non-substrates) can then be easily redirected to the BastionX server within the BastionHub pipeline for further, more accurate prediction.
